We want you to have the best possible start to your membership but know everyone is on their own personal journey with health, fitness and exercise so we offer support as individual as you are.
Choose Your Get Started Support Option
Our support is tailored to your needs and experience, so whether you are just starting your exercise journey, need a little help to get back into things and stick to a routine or you feel confident and experienced to follow your own plan, we have an option for you. Virtual Orientation
If you are an experienced exerciser and feel confident to use the equipment and get started, simply watch our short orientation video for everything you need to know
Get on Track
Have some exercise experience but need to know a little more about our equipment and services or struggle to stick to a routine? Book in for a 30-minute support session with one of our friendly and knowledgeable team who will help you build a plan.
Personal Plan
– If you are new to exercise, lack some confidence in getting started or struggle to stick to a routine we highly recommend a personalised planning session with one of our team who will give you all the support and guidance you need.

Dave Stuart
With 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, Dave has a passion for helping people achieve results. He has a particular interest in strength training and is fully qualified in Olympic Lifting. Dave has competed in several fitness competitions in recent years, finishing in the top 5 in his last 2. In his spare time he likes to watch his favourite rugby league team, Leeds Rhinos!
Liz O
Liz is an experienced trainer and group exercise specialist, teaching everything from Zumba to Pilates and Indoor Cycling. She understands how dauting starting an exercise routine can be but has a passion for helping make it fun and ensure you create healthy, sustainable exercise routines. Her other passions are for her 2 dogs who she loves taking on long hikes.
Sam Ryan
Sam has been with the team for 6 years and has a wide range of qualifications and experience within fitness. He is also our exercise referral specialist and has worked with many people who are overcoming short and long-term health conditions, adapting exercise routines to suit their needs. Sam is a keen climber and can often be found scaling mountains across the UK.

Do I need a membership card to access the club?
You will need to pick up your membership card on your first visit.
Do I need an induction to get started?
You can get started straight away; however, we highly recommend speaking to one of our friendly and qualified team who will give you all the support and guidance you need. You can choose and book the right option for you on the Getting Started page.
Can I get a personal gym programme?
Yes, you can book in with our team to have a personal plan to start your exercise with confidence, you can have these reviewed and updated any time during your membership to make sure you stay on track and achieve your personal goals.
Can I attend classes as part of my membership?
We have over 30 classes every week and you can attend as many as you like as part of our full membership.
How do I book classes?
You can book and manage your classes easily via the Member app. Ask one of our team for more details or see our app page.
